Saturday the 10th.

Trained with Matt Houser today. Took it kind of easy after a few weeks off (shoulders).

Had a great day of training planed, then Murphy stepped in with his Law….SOB!
I was prepping the rack for High Rack Pulls when I dropped a plate on my foot. No biggie at first but it became very painful as the session progressed. Sooo, I called it a day at the end of the Pulls. Im suck a slacker…grrrr!

First time with front squats. My ROM is terrible so I used my wrist straps and choked them around the bar with approx. 8 inches of strap sticking out, handles. So to answer your question, a clean grip with a little bit of cheating…. ;)
